THE COMPANY
Our Elite Training Program (The Company) is designed to enrich young artists, giving them the individual focus and attention needed to succeed in their own artistic endeavors. Through a heavily technical curriculum, as well as a creative and unique approach to incorporating all styles of dance/movement, these dancers will be given the necessary tools to understand and craft their art form. They will rehearse as an ensemble and compete their works at 4 competitions a season with the option to add several more. They will be encouraged to take as many conventions/summer programs that work around their Company schedule. They will have the option to work with guest artists / take masterclasses throughout the season here at ME. These dancers will be offered one-on-one guidance on how they can continue as artists post graduation and beyond the Company setting. Each dancer will get a Company headshot and dance shot per season included in their contract. Letters of recommendation and helpful resources will be offered in order to help ease the transition into whatever career path they choose. Most importantly, each Company member will have mentoring and guidance specific to their goals and talents.
